CAREER
Other professional experience: Plays for the Calgary Roughnecks of the National Lacrosse League… During the 2011 Roughnecks campaign, he suited up for 15 games as a rookie… Scooped up 56 loose balls and accumulated eight points (1+7), while defending the Riggers zone… First-round draft pick (sixth overall) in the 2010 NLL Entry Draft.
College/Amateur: Was a two-time All-American selection in 2010 and anchored a Tigers’ defense that allowed 8.80 goals per game in 2010… He was named MVP of the Empire 8 Men’s Lacrosse Championship and is a two-time First Team All-Empire 8 selection (2009 & 2010)… MacRae led the Tigers with 51 caused turnovers and grabbed 70 ground balls while tallying a goal in 2010… Played in the 2010 Lax World/USILA North/South game and was A United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association All-American… In 2009, he earned USILA Honorable Mention All-American accolades… Named to the All-Empire 8 first team… Led RIT and was third in the Empire 8 with 89 ground balls… Paced squad with 46 caused turnovers… Recorded season-best totals with 10 ground balls and eight caused turnovers against 2009 NCAA National Champion SUNY Cortland… Before RIT, he played two years of lacrosse at SUNY Potsdam (2007, 2008)… Earned All-SUNYAC first team honors as a long-stick midfielder in 2008...
