MEET THE HAMILTON NATIONALS CHEERLEADING TEAM

(Hamilton, April 25)… The Steel City’s hottest new professional cheerleading team named its squad for the 2011 Major League Lacrosse season. The team will support the Hamilton Nationals, who play in the six-team professional outdoor lacrosse league.
The 11-member team was selected on Saturday after a two-hour tryout at PURE ENERGY PERFORMANCE, INC. (at 209 Limeridge Road East). For more information on the cheerleading team, or to see this year's team, go to www.pure-energydance.com/Nationals.htm.
The Nationals open their season on the road on Saturday, May 14th against the Denver Outlaws at 9:00 p.m. Hamilton plays its home opener on Thursday, May 19th at Les Prince Field at Ron Joyce Stadium on the grounds of McMaster University. The 7:30 p.m. contest features the defending MLL Champion Chesapeake Bayhawks.
