(Hamilton, May 24)… Hamilton Nationals attackman Jeremy Boltus was named the Major League Lacrosse Cascade Rookie of the Week after scoring two goals in the May 19th home opener against the Chesapeake Bayhawks.
Boltus played a role in Hamilton’s third quarter comeback in a 14-10 loss to the Bayhawks. The Nationals netted three straight goals, which included Boltus’ second of the night three minutes into the third to trim the deficit to 9-6. The 21-year-old Baldwinsville, NY, native was the Hamilton Nationals’ eighth-round selection (43rd overall) in the 2011 MLL Collegiate Draft.
