NATIONALS COACH ISSUES STATEMENT

(June 13, 2012)… Hamilton Nationals Head Coach Regy Thorpe issued this public statement today after his comments on the Major League Lacrosse Coaches Call Wednesday morning.
“I regret using the MLL Conference Call as the forum to express my views on some sensitive issues. In the future, I will use the proper channels to convey my opinions on such matters.”
The Hamilton Nationals will embark on a home-and-home series with the expansion Ohio Machine on Friday, July 13th and Saturday, July 14th. Tonight’s game marks the inaugural meeting between the two teams, and will start at 7:30 p.m. at McMaster University. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.
